New DFW 55+ Communities
Already underway just north of the rapidly growing Hwy 380 corridor, new homes are scheduled for summer completion at Ladera Prosper. The community will feature 244 homes priced from the mid $400s and amenities geared toward the active adult lifestyle including The HUB Clubhouse, a resort-style pool, covered patios, pickleball courts, a putting green, miles of trails and so much more.
Also coming in 2023: Ladera will open a new community in Little Elm. Ladera Little Elm will offer 263 homes priced from the $370s-$500s with models and homes to start this year.
Active adult living is coming to Justin, TX at Ladera Timberbrook. Ladera is in the initial planning stage for this new 55+ community which will introduce two new product lines on 157 lots priced from the low $300s-$500s. The model home and amenities are anticipated to open in 2024.
Future communities in the works include a new 55+ neighborhood within Chisholm Summit, a Burleson master-planned community located 10 minutes from Fort Worth near Chisholm Trail Parkway. Stay tuned for more announcements about this exciting project!
