Located along John King Blvd just North of Hwy 66, Ladera Rockwall will be the premier Active Adult community in the area! We’ve designed Ladera to complement the existing qualities that have come to define the area while uniquely serving the needs of Active Adults age 55 and above.

Meticulously Designed: Our team has poured over 9 months’ time into the creation of Ladera Rockwall to provide the best planning, design, and construction possible for the creation of this stunning new community. With an estimated 89 homes on 38 acres, our goal is to maximize the natural beauty of the land in order to preserve authentic green landscapes and attractive parklands.  Our design criteria allows for marvelous views of outdoor amenities, parks & greenery, a retention pond, and takes maximum advantage of accessibility to the walking trails & amenities.

Low-Maintenance Lifestyle: Altogether, these attractive features simplify the need for traditionally large back yard areas at each home in favor of a unique courtyard style – a common desire among Active Adult owners.  Ladera homes are also low-maintenance, meaning the owners’ association manages and cares for exterior maintenance on every home, such as: irrigation watering & upkeep, unique year-round landscape maintenance of both the front yard and courtyard areas, even roof maintenance and replacement, and much more! We plan to offer up to fifteen design models in our home selections, each with multiple elevation choices beginning from the low 300’s.
